You鈥檒l keep your trade-in device until you receive your new 平博app下载 Watch. Once your new 平博app下载 Watch ships, we鈥檒l send a trade-in kit and email instructions on how to back up and transfer your data, and how to prep your device before you ship it back.
Once we receive your device, a team will inspect it and verify its condition. If everything checks out, your trade-in is complete. If your device doesn鈥檛 match the condition you described, you鈥檒l receive an email with next steps.
If you paid in full and we confirm that the value of your trade-in was more than the cost of your new 平博app下载 Watch, you鈥檒l receive an 平博app下载 Store Gift Card by email with the remaining amount.
If your device doesn鈥檛 qualify for trade-in credit, please recycle it responsibly. You may bring your device to your nearest 平博app下载 Store and we鈥檒l accept it for free or you can take your old device to a local collection point.
** Trade-in values will vary based on the condition, year and configuration of your eligible trade-in device. Not all devices are eligible for credit. You must be at least the age of majority to be eligible to trade in for credit or for an 平博app下载 Gift Card. Actual value awarded is based on receipt of a qualifying device matching the description provided when estimate was made. In-store trade-in requires presentation of a valid photo ID.
