Thanks for shopping at ƽ��app����. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products at the ƽ��app���� Online Store (we’ll refer to this as the “ƽ��app���� Store” in this policy).

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the ƽ��app���� Store. By placing an order or making a purchase at an ƽ��app���� Store, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with ƽ��app����’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the ƽ��app���� Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

To return an undamaged product purchased at the ƽ��app���� Store, please contact us at 8000 444 0396 between 10:00 and 19:00 Sunday to Thursday within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Once we receive your returned product, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following:

• Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
• The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, ƽ��app���� Gift Cards, and any ƽ��app���� Developer products.
• ƽ��app���� provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If you do not disable these features prior to returning your device, ƽ��app���� may refuse the return or exchange.
• Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return ƽ��app����-branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

ƽ��app���� reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the ƽ��app���� Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by ƽ��app����. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. In addition to your right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason as explained above, should ƽ��app���� reduce its price on any ƽ��app����-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact the ƽ��app���� Store toll free at 8000 444 0396 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact ƽ��app���� within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Order, Order Acknowledgement, and Order Acceptance

To place an order for products or services at the ƽ��app���� Store, you can visit the store website at http://www.apple.com/ae or use the ƽ��app���� Store mobile app, and then simply add the products you want to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your ƽ��app���� ID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you. Alternatively, you can call the ƽ��app���� Store toll free at 8000 444 0396 between 10:00-19:00 Sunday to Thursday and an ƽ��app���� Specialist will assist you through the entire order process, from product selection to payment method. Whichever way you choose to order, you will be given an opportunity to review your order prior to submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.

Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. As with the web order number, the order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). The decision to accept your order is at our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock. For items that are not in stock, you will receive the Order Acceptance Email when the item becomes available and has been prepared for shipping, which in no event will be later than the “ships” timeframe presented to you at checkout. Once we have sent and you have received the Order Acceptance Email, ƽ��app���� will have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email).

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the http://www.apple.com/ae/shop/help/shipping_delivery page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the ƽ��app���� Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond ƽ��app����’s control once it leaves our facilities, ƽ��app���� cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As ƽ��app���� takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the ƽ��app���� Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact ƽ��app���� to resolve.

Consumers Only

The ƽ��app���� Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the ƽ��app���� Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.

ƽ��app���� One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

ƽ��app���� provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new ƽ��app����-branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at /legal/warranty and are also contained in your ƽ��app���� hardware box. The ƽ��app���� One-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not ƽ��app���� branded, even if packaged or sold with ƽ��app���� products. Non-ƽ��app����-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty provided by the product manufacturer—please see your product box and literature for details.

UAE Sales Only

The ƽ��app���� Store accepts orders from billing addresses within the UAE. ƽ��app���� will not ship products purchased at the ƽ��app���� Store to an address outside of the UAE. Payments

If you are paying by credit card, when you submit your order, we may block up to the total amount of the order on your credit card. If we do not receive authorization from your credit card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide us with another payment method. Your credit card will be charged once we accept your order.

To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate the name, address, and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against information held by the card issuer and integrator.
