What is Easy Return?

Easy Return is an End-Of-Term experience designed by ƽ��app���� to address pain points that exist with traditional leasing experiences. Easy Return provides three key features and benefits. A few conversation starters could include:   “Prepaid Shipping” - ƽ��app���� will cover the cost of return logistics (shipping Labels, shipping boxes and data erasure certifications) which is a cost that the customer usually has to cover.  ƽ��app���� accepts “like for like returns” which means a customer is only responsible for sending back the correct number of devices of a similar or better model, NOT the specific devices that were leased on an order that is coming end of term.  AFS ensures a “Simplified and transparent grading matrix” that makes the review of device condition a much clearer and more customer focused experience. What is a Guaranteed Buyback?

Guaranteed Buyback is an “Only at ƽ��app����” option that ensures those who plan to own their technology still have a way to implement a refresh strategy.  AFS will guarantee the future price on day one, allowing customers to sell devices back to ƽ��app���� at end of term should they choose to do so. Partial buybacks are also supported.  Different than a “Plan to Use” solution, customers are under no obligation to return their technology.  The ƽ��app���� price guarantee is good for 30 days at the end of the term and Easy Return is included.

What are my options at end of term?

Accepted Answer

“Plan to Use” customers can either:   Choose to return and refresh their ƽ��app���� devices under a new AFS payment solution.  Continue making the same payment on a month-to-month basis.  Request a buyout quote to own the devices.  Partial returns and buyouts are supported.  “Plan to Own” own their equipment after their final payment and may choose to sell back their devices to AFS at the price cited in the Guaranteed Buyback in their order documentation.
