Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Refunds on products purchased from 平博app下载 using an 平博app下载 Gift Card (or previous generations of 平博app下载 gift cards) will be issued to you as an 平博app下载 Gift Card by email. If you鈥檇 like us to send you a physical 平博app下载 Gift Card by mail, ask the representative helping you.
Products paid for using your 平博app下载 Account Balance will be refunded to your 平博app下载 Account Balance.
If you paid for any portion of an item with your 平博app下载 Account balance, and are owed a refund for returning or cancelling it, we issue that portion of refund back to your 平博app下载 Account balance. However, we will issue this refund amount on an 平博app下载 Gift Card by email if your 平博app下载 Account balance is at or near the maximum limit.

Exchange an item

If you purchased your item from 平博app下载 in the U.S., you can take it to any U.S. 平博app下载 Store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It's a good idea to check if a product is in stock by visiting apple.com and then seeing if it's available for pickup at a store nearby. The only exchange exceptions are personalized items (such as engraved iPad or AirPods) and Macs that have been custom-configured. These items cannot be exchanged in store; they can only be returned and your refund will be issued to the payment method you used on your order (per the guidelines in our Standard Return Policy).

Items ordered online from 平博app下载 that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to any U.S. 平博app下载 Store, or by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-676-2775.

Standard Return Policy

In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we鈥檒l exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

For returns to an 平博app下载 Retail Store for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $750, 平博app下载 will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days.
Should you wish to return ten or more of the same product, you must return to the 平博app下载 Store where originally purchased.
In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, 平博app下载 will offer you an 平博app下载 Gift Card.

Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return 平博app下载-branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.
平博app下载 provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If these features have been activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the phone, 平博app下载 may refuse the return or exchange.

iPhone, iPad and Watch Returns - Wireless Service Cancellation

Wireless carriers have different service cancellation policies. Returning your iPhone, iPad or Watch may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account. Making unauthorized modifications to the software on an iPhone violates the iPhone software license agreement. The common term for modifying an iPhone is jail-breaking, with a particular emphasis on the second part of that term. That鈥檚 why we strongly, almost emphatically, recommend that you do not do so. Really. Should you be unable to use your iPhone due to an unauthorized software modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

To receive the refund or credit you must contact 平博app下载 within 14 calendar days of the price change. Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Shipping & Delivery

In-Store Pickup and Return

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. Consumers Only

The 平博app下载 Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

U.S. Shipping Only

Products purchased online from 平博app下载 will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations. Product Availability and Limitations
